हिंदी हाई स्कूल में विद्यार्थियों के लिए स्काउट और गाइड की विशेष सुविधा उपलब्ध है, जो उनके आत्मनिर्भरता, नेतृत्व क्षमता और सामाजिक उत्तरदायित्व को विकसित करने में सहायक होती है। विद्यार्थी अपनी रुचि और क्षमता के अनुसार इस गतिविधि में भाग ले सकते हैं। यह एक स्वैच्छिक कार्यक्रम है, जिसमें शामिल होकर वे विभिन्न व्यावहारिक ज्ञान और कौशल प्राप्त करते हैं।
*स्काउट और गाइड कार्यक्रमों की प्रमुख गतिविधियाँ:*
विद्यालय में स्काउट और गाइड के अंतर्गत कई रोचक एवं शिक्षाप्रद गतिविधियों का आयोजन किया जाता है। इनमें से एक मुख्य आकर्षण वार्षिक प्रशिक्षण शिविर होता है, जो एक दिवसीय कार्यक्रम के रूप में आयोजित किया जाता है। इस शिविर में विद्यार्थियों को स्काउट गाइड के नियम, निर्देश और अनुशासन का पालन करने की विस्तृत जानकारी दी जाती है।
इस शिविर के दौरान विद्यार्थियों को विभिन्न समूहों में बाँटा जाता है, जिससे वे टीम वर्क और नेतृत्व कौशल विकसित कर सकें। हर समूह को अलग-अलग गतिविधियाँ दी जाती हैं, जैसे रूम डेकोरेशन, रंगोली सजावट, तंबू निर्माण, प्राथमिक चिकित्सा, मार्गदर्शन तकनीक, ध्वज संचालन आदि। ये सभी गतिविधियाँ विद्यार्थियों के आत्मविश्वास को बढ़ाने और उनकी रचनात्मकता को निखारने में मदद करती हैं।
शिविर के दौरान रात में विद्यार्थियों द्वारा सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम आयोजित किए जाते हैं, जिनमें नृत्य, गायन, नाटक एवं अन्य कलात्मक प्रस्तुतियाँ शामिल होती हैं। इससे विद्यार्थियों को अपनी प्रतिभा प्रदर्शित करने का अवसर मिलता है। बेहतरीन प्रदर्शन करने वाले विद्यार्थियों को "बेस्ट स्काउट" और "बेस्ट गाइड " जैसे विशेष पुरस्कारों से सम्मानित किया जाता है।
खरी कमाई : व्यावहारिक ज्ञान एवं उद्यमिता कौशल का विकास
विद्यालय में "खरी कमाई" नामक एक अनूठा आयोजन किया जाता है, जिसमें विशेष रूप से कक्षा 9वीं एंव 10 वीं के विद्यार्थी भाग लेते हैं। यह एक टीम वर्क होता है। जिसमें विद्यार्थी एक टीम में मिलकर कार्य करते हैं। इस गतिविधि के अंतर्गत विद्यार्थी विभिन्न प्रकार के स्वादिष्ट व्यंजन तैयार कर उनके स्टॉल लगाते हैं। स्टॉल को आकर्षक ढंग से सजाया जाता है, जिससे उनकी रचनात्मकता और प्रस्तुति कौशल का विकास होता है। विद्यार्थी अपने द्वारा बनाए गए व्यंजनों को बेचते हैं, जिससे उन्हें *वाणिज्यिक एवं व्यवसायिक ज्ञान प्राप्त होता है। यह आयोजन न केवल विद्यार्थियों को *स्वावलंबन और उद्यमिता का पाठ सिखाता है, बल्कि उनमें टीम वर्क, मार्केटिंग एवं ग्राहक सेवा जैसी व्यावहारिक क्षमताओं का भी विकास करता है।

Hindi High School offers a special Scout & Guide program for students, which helps in developing their self-reliance, leadership abilities, and social responsibility. Students can participate in this activity according to their interests and capabilities. It is a voluntary program, and by being a part of it, students acquire various practical knowledge and skills.
Key Activities of the Scout & Guide Program:
The school organizes many interesting and educational activities under the Scout & Guide program. One of the main highlights is the annual training camp, which is held as a one-day event. During this camp, students receive detailed information about the rules, instructions, and discipline of Scouts and Guides.
During the camp, students are divided into various groups, allowing them to develop teamwork and leadership skills. Each group is assigned different activities, such as room decoration, rangoli making, tent construction, first aid, guiding techniques, flag handling, etc. These activities help boost students' confidence and enhance their creativity.
At night, students organize cultural programs, which include dance, singing, drama, and other artistic performances. This provides them with a chance to showcase their talents. Students who perform exceptionally well are awarded special prizes like "Best Scout" and "Best Guide."
Khari Kamai: Practical Knowledge & Entrepreneurial Skills Development
The school also organizes a unique event called "Khari Kamai," where students, particularly from classes 9th and 10th, participate. This is a teamwork activity in which students work together in teams. In this event, students prepare various delicious dishes and set up stalls. The stalls are decorated attractively, promoting the development of their creativity and presentation skills.
Students sell the food they prepare, gaining commercial and business knowledge. This event not only teaches students self-reliance and entrepreneurship but also helps them develop practical skills like teamwork, marketing, and customer service.
Scout & Guide activities are an integral part of the overall development of students.
